The rant of a million people in online journals are pathetic !
Yet I'm sadly a sinner of being one of them at times.
Just thought to update this quite defunct blog as I've the time to do so..
Have been flipping the Classified Advertisements these days in my search for a job.
Guess what ?
I've never ever been bothered to touch that section of the newspaper till lately.
This world is getting more sexist by the second.
As a guy, people will quite automatically think that you're weird if you're into manicures, pedicures and all things relaxing like spa treatments as well as facials.
Don't anybody think that even guys also need to relax when they're able ?
Men are not all into sport and not into things nice and beautiful.
I'd even bet that the most romantic person on Earth is most likely to be a man !
The many things a guy will do for his girl:
Buy flowers, taking time off to accompany her shopping even if he dreads the idea so, cutting down his gaming time so as to be able to afford a couple of hours for a show etcetera..
Hope that more males will be appreciated in times to come.
For one who's really really interested in learning makeup, Singapore's not the place for male makeup artiste wannabes..
Enquire at the makeup counters and you'll realise that a guy requires a diploma in makeup artistry yet a girl needs not.
Guess that also emphasizes how much a lady's words mean but not those of a man ?
Don't anybody think that females are, in general, actually putting on cosmetics for men to see ? That a man who flatters them that they look good means more than that of their sex ?
I don't really think I'm asking too much of Singapore, considering the fact that this country is liberal in a certain manner.
It's a pretty holed up country.
Government grant only for those who're already in the industry..
I'll just have to try saving that $3000 for my course even as I'm typing here.
Gotta scoot to check the Classified Advertisements once more..
